9 - Organised Crimes

  • 9.1 - Aim to keep crime hidden. Continuously broadcasting activities in public is going to create lots of police attention and your time as a criminal may be short-lived.

  • 9.2 - There may only be a maximum of six characters in any crew intending on carrying out any hostile/illegal RP (including all wounded/arrested characters). No additional backups may be called in to fill capacities, whether all six slots are used or otherwise.

  • 9.3 - No shop/bank robberies or heists are to commence until 30 minutes after a restart or server crash.

  • 9.4 - No attempting to string rob players, stores or banks - you must wait at least 30 minutes between stores and banks and one hour before robbing the same player. Robbing in a very public location is unrealistic, be smart and creative about who and where you rob.

  • 9.5 - Both parties must first attempt to negotiate during robberies and hostage situations, shooting is ONLY permitted when the negotiation falls apart.

  • 9.6 - No outside shooters are permitted for non-bank heists. For Bank, Life Invader and Humane Labs Heists, you CAN have a sniper outside, but you do NOT have to let anybody know they are there. In all cases, the sniper's primary role is to relay info to people inside via comms. They are NOT to shoot the Police or anybody else until a firefight has commenced. They are not allowed to shoot first.

  • 9.7 - A maximum of two hostages may be held at any one time except for Pacific Standard Bank/Life Invader/Humane Labs where you may hold a maximum of four hostages. Hostages MUST be sourced from unaffiliated individuals (non-friend, unrelated, non-crew members etc).

  • 9.8 - Attempted kidnapping is acceptable for the sole intent to intimidate, execute or seeking revenge, with reasonable in character justifications (e.g. chasing after loans). You may not kidnap Police unless there are four other officers on duty. You may not kidnap EMS at all. The kidnapping must be reasonable and make the situation enjoyable - no one wants to be locked in silence whilst taken hostage for long periods of time.
