Compliance

Breach Process:

Failing to adhere to the code of conduct and server rules, and failing to uphold responsibilities will result in a breach being lodged against a whitelist. The process is as follows: No current breaches:

  • Admins will speak to the leadership of the gang informing them of the issue and instructing them on what is required to remedy the situation. If the situation is not remedied, a breach will be lodged. If the situation is remedied to the satisfaction of the staff team, no breach will be lodged, but a verbal warning will. Any subsequent offences after the verbal warning is issued will immediately result in a breach.

Second Offence:

  • Admins will advise of a second breach being lodged. As a result, staff may take the following action: Staff may remove individuals causing the problems from the whitelist without notice to the player. Staff also have the ability to remove certain perks from whitelists (removing search, removing garage or building access, etc). Whitelists may also be demoted to earlier tiers, incurring loss of privileges, or be suspended for a period of up to 2 weeks.

Third Offence:

  • Admins will advise of a third and final breach being lodged. At this point, a whitelist will be sent back to the probation tier for a period of 2 weeks, followed by a review with a server owner. The server owner may at this stage enforce a range of punishments, including removing leadership of the whitelist and installing new leaders.

Final Offence:

  • Any offences that occur subsequent to a third strike or while on probation will result in the closure of the whitelist. Leadership will be banned from being a member of a whitelist other than EMS or Police for a period of time as defined by Server Owner. The leadership will also be barred from submitting any further applications to run a whitelist for 3 months.
