Conflict Resolution

• Mediation: Support staff will act as a neutral mediator in conflicts between gangs/organizations. They will encourage peaceful resolution through negotiation, roleplay, and compromise whenever possible.

• Enforcement: Staff will enforce server rules impartially and consistently when addressing conflicts or rule violations. They will apply appropriate consequences, such as warnings, temporary suspensions, breaches, or permanent bans, based on the severity of the infraction.

• Transparency: Staff will maintain transparency throughout the conflict resolution process. Communicate decisions openly with all parties involved and provide clear explanations for any actions taken.
