Gang Management

• Designated Staff: The Support staff team are the first point of contact for gangs. They are responsible for handling gang-related issues, facilitating communication between gangs and server staff, and enforcing server rules.

• Leadership Communication: Staff team will maintain open lines of communication with gang leaders. Regularly engage with them to discuss concerns, provide feedback, and address any issues that may arise within their respective factions.

• Regular Reviews: Server Management will conduct periodic reviews of existing gangs/organizations to ensure they continue to uphold server standards. They will evaluate their activity levels, adherence to rules, and contributions to the roleplay community. This will usually occur monthly.
