Probation Periods

All new whitelists are subject to the following as part of their probation:

• Initial Evaluation: Upon approval, new gangs will undergo a probationary period to demonstrate their commitment to server rules and standards. During this time, they should actively engage in roleplay, follow server guidelines, and contribute positively to the community.

• Evaluation Criteria: There will be specific criteria for evaluating gang performance during the probation period. This will include activity level, RP quality, adherence to rules, and interaction with other players or factions.

• Feedback and Support: We will provide feedback and support to gangs during the probationary period, offer guidance, resources, and mentorship to help them integrate into the server community and address any challenges they may encounter.

• Probation Review: We will conduct a comprehensive review of each gang's performance at the end of the probation period. As a part of this, we will evaluate their progress, adherence to guidelines, and suitability for continued membership in the server.
