16 - Donation Guidelines

• 17.1 - Donations will only ever go to the funding of the FiveM server-related costs.

• 17.2 - Refunds are given at the discretion of the server owner.

• 17.3 - Refunds will not be issued if: A) no attempt was made to resolve the issue by the customer/player B) the customer/player failed to contact the staff for assistance C) any mod or script causes performance issues for the server i.e. lag or crashing or denial of service D) an action was taken by the customer/player that results in a server ban E) the server rules are violated F) the player is banned from the server G) the customer/player has a change of mind.
